The Elysium Crown Tower

Elysium Crown Tower is a luxury residential landmark concept designed to create a distinctive skyline identity through vertical elegance, crown-level exclusivity and premium urban living.

Rising to approximately 250 meters, the tower combines a strong podium presence, refined vertical proportions and a memorable upper silhouette. At around 240 meters, two exclusive penthouse residences introduce private balcony pool experiences, transforming the upper levels into a rare expression of privacy, luxury and elevated residential prestige.

Developed as a registered concept system, Elysium explores how a residential tower can move beyond standard high-rise living and become a recognizable architectural identity within the city.

More than a tower, Elysium is a residential statement designed to be seen, remembered and valued.

The Celestial Archway Towers

Celestial Archway Towers is a registered mixed-use waterfront landmark concept designed around a 350 m Main Gastronomy Tower and a 220 m Secondary Tower, connected by a 200 m Horizon Bridge.

The concept brings together sky dining, panoramic observation, luxury mixed-use programming and a controlled elevated access experience within one iconic architectural gesture. The Main Gastronomy Tower creates a vertical destination for high-level dining and observation, while the Secondary Tower introduces a sky amphitheater experience as part of the project’s elevated public identity.

The 200 m Horizon Bridge transforms the two towers into a unified skyline gateway, connecting both structures through destination-focused hospitality, observation and premium visitor circulation. An integrated architectural and energy strategy is also developed at concept level, targeting up to 30% operational energy reduction through spatial, façade and environmental design logic.

More than two towers connected in the sky, Celestial is an architectural gateway designed to frame the city, elevate the skyline and become a destination in itself.

The Lumina Pinnacle Tower & Resort

Lumina Pinnacle Tower & Resort is a registered luxury hospitality landmark concept designed as a 400-meter vertical accommodation and resort destination.

The concept is not shaped only by height, but by experience. From the podium-level resort deck to the upper sky zones, Lumina is designed as an integrated system where architecture, guest journey, operational logic and long-term value work together.

At the lower levels, the project creates a resort atmosphere through leisure decks, landscaped terraces, relaxation areas, pool environments and premium arrival experiences. At the upper levels, Lumina transforms into a sequence of exclusive sky destinations, including panoramic observation, signature dining, sky bar experiences and a central sky pool positioned around 380 meters.

A concept-level energy strategy targets up to 20% operational energy reduction, supporting the project’s long-term efficiency, environmental logic and commercial value.

More than a hotel tower, Lumina is a vertical resort landmark where hospitality becomes elevation, the silhouette becomes a brand, and every level contributes to experience, efficiency and destination value.

The Aetheris Garden Towers

Aetheris Garden Towers is a registered three-tower landmark concept by Garden Skyline Global Design, shaped as a 600 m-scale vertical destination where architecture, nature and movement work together.

The concept consists of three approximately 600 m towers connected by a 200 m-high Sky-Avenue, creating an elevated urban experience that combines mixed-use accommodation, vertical gardens, observation points, wellness-oriented spaces and sky-level social life.

Aetheris also integrates Venturi-inspired airflow logic and a concept-level sustainability strategy targeting up to approximately 40% reduced operational energy demand. Rather than treating wind only as a challenge, the project studies, redirects and transforms airflow into part of the building’s architectural identity.

More than a group of towers, Aetheris is a vertical living ecosystem — a landmark shaped by sky, nature and movement, designed for a future where buildings become smarter, more experiential and more emotionally connected to their environment.

The Signature Private Villa

The Signature Private Villa is a luxury residential concept designed around privacy, warm material identity and a refined outdoor living experience.

The concept brings together natural stone, soft lighting, large glass openings, landscaped garden areas and a private pool courtyard to create a calm yet prestigious living atmosphere. Rather than treating the villa as only a house, the design frames it as a complete lifestyle environment where architecture, landscape, water, light and family life work together.

The residence is shaped to balance modern elegance with timeless comfort, offering generous indoor-outdoor connections, protected garden spaces and a premium arrival experience.

More than a private home, this villa is a lifestyle statement — designed to create privacy, comfort and lasting residential value.

The Garden Skyline Residential Block

The Garden Skyline Residential Block is a premium mid-rise residential concept designed around refined urban living, strong façade identity and long-term residential value.

The concept combines a balanced architectural rhythm, warm lighting, natural material expression, generous balconies and landscaped edges to create a calm yet prestigious residential presence. Rather than appearing as a standard apartment block, the design aims to give the building a recognizable character and a stronger sense of arrival.

Its façade language is shaped to support both daily comfort and market perception, creating a residential environment where architecture, greenery, lighting and entrance experience work together as one identity.

More than an apartment building, this concept is a residential address — designed to feel established, elegant and valuable from the first impression.

The Urban Residential Ensemble

The Urban Residential Ensemble is a premium residential concept designed around twin mid-rise blocks, a unified podium identity and a refined urban living experience.

The concept combines strong façade rhythm, warm architectural lighting, generous balconies, landscaped edges and a shared ground-level presence to create a more complete residential address. Rather than treating the buildings as separate apartment blocks, the design connects them through a common architectural language and a stronger sense of arrival.

Its composition is shaped to support both lifestyle and market perception, offering residents a balanced environment where privacy, comfort, greenery, street presence and premium identity work together.

More than a residential development, this ensemble is an urban living statement — designed to feel coordinated, recognizable and valuable from the first impression.

‍ ‍Private Gallery & Cultural Spaces

Garden Skyline Global Design develops distinctive architectural concepts for private galleries, art spaces, museums, and cultural destinations.

This concept study explores how a cultural building can move beyond a conventional exhibition space and become a memorable architectural experience. The design combines a strong arrival axis, a vertical light spine, layered gallery volumes, reflective water elements, warm interior illumination, and elevated skyline terraces to create a premium cultural identity.

Rather than focusing only on exterior appearance, the concept is shaped around atmosphere, visitor movement, spatial hierarchy, and brand value. It demonstrates how art, architecture, landscape, and light can work together to create a gallery environment with both visual impact and buildable architectural logic.

More than a place to exhibit art, this concept is a cultural landmark — designed to create identity, atmosphere, and lasting value from the first impression.

The Modern Municipal Park Concept

The Modern Municipal Park Concept is a neighborhood-scale public life and landscape framework designed to create an accessible, active and memorable green space for daily community use.

The concept brings together walking paths, a running track, event lawn, children’s playground, seating terraces, relaxation pergolas, café/kiosk areas, ornamental water elements and a mini amphitheater within one connected park experience. Each zone is planned to support a different rhythm of public life — from quiet relaxation and family activity to small-scale events, social gatherings and outdoor performances.

The park’s layout focuses on clear circulation, visibility, safety, shaded resting areas, rich planting texture and flexible open spaces that can serve users of different ages throughout the day.

More than a landscape plan, this concept is a civic living room — designed to make public space more walkable, social, green and emotionally connected to its neighborhood.

Every concept begins with a vision.

At Garden Skyline Global Design, our work is shaped by the belief that architecture should create more than form. It should build identity, elevate experience, strengthen perception and leave a lasting value behind.

From private residences to future skyline landmarks, each concept is designed to become more than a project — a memorable architectural statement.

We do not simply design buildings.
We design the reason they are remembered.
